I tell stories that build bridges across worlds.
I tell stories that build bridges across worlds.
I was born into a revolution that tried to silence a generation and I chose to turn that silence into story.
From the day I fled Iran as a child, I’ve carried two worlds within me: one of loss and exile, and one of relentless curiosity about what connects us beyond borders, faith or fear. That duality shaped everything I do, from reporting on human rights to producing films and cultural projects that seek truth where others see division.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked across international media including BBC World, Manoto TV and Iran International; giving voice to those who live under censorship and those fighting for freedom. My path has taken me from war zones of politics to the inner landscapes of human consciousness, where the stories behind headlines really begin.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of media, art and dialogue. Through the Cyrus Initiative and documentary storytelling, I explore how former enemies can become partners for peace, how trauma can give birth to empathy, and how truth, when spoken with courage, can still change the world.
I collaborate with media organisations, public sector partners, and NGOs who believe in bridging divides and amplifying voices that need to be heard.
Whether you’re reaching out about interviews, policy dialogue, event partnerships, or creative media projects, I welcome meaningful connections that move ideas forward.
